As a licensed Medicare agent with 18 years of experience, I am here to provide guidance and advice. Schedule a meeting with me to discuss your Medicare plan options and find the best coverage for your needs. With my expertise and personalized approach, I can help you make confident decisions about your healthcare.

 Informal Meeting Schedules 

Finding the right Medicare insurance plan can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Our one-on-one meetings are designed to help Medicare beneficiaries find the coverage they need. We ask that beneficiaries bring their list of medications and the names of their medical providers to help us find the best coverage options for their healthcare needs. During these meetings, we will discuss your current coverage, review your healthcare needs, and answer any questions you may have about Medicare insurance. Contact us to schedule a meeting with RSVP, or stop by to sit down with us!

These meetings will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, Stevens Creek Road, Augusta, 30907, 706.739.9990, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

 formal Meeting Schedules 

These meetings are more formal, with a speaker and a presentation, and will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, Stevens Creek Road, Augusta, 30907, 706.739.9990; the times are listed below.  After the presentation, you can sit down with an agent or schedule an appointment.

  • Wednesday, October 18th - 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

  • Thursday, October 26th - 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

  • Wednesday, November 8th - 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

  • Thursday, November 16th - 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

 Milledgeville Meeting Schedules 

These meetings will be held at the Hampton Inn, 2461 North Columbia St., Milledgeville, GA 31061, 478.451.0050.

  • Monday, October 23rd - 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

  • Monday, November 20th - 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The omnipresent:  We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans that we do offer. Please contact 800-Medicare or Medicare.gov to get information on all of your options.

 

Formal or Community meetings = Medicare presentation and plan review on the four Augusta dates.

 

Resource Center or Informal meetings has one-on-one presentation and review of available plans. The 17 plans from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and the Milledgeville meetings are resource or informal meetings.
